Every day I get asked something along the lines of…
“Victor, what about this workout routine??”
“What about that exercise??”
“What about this diet??”
“Will I build muscle doing 3 sets of this exercise??”
“How many reps of that exercise??”
My answer to all those bitch-made questions: DO IT, and you’ll know.
Those questions you’re losing sleep over? Worthless. They won’t get you anywhere.
There’s a word for that: PROCRASTINATION aka sitting on your ass scratching your balls thinking about stuff.
Don’t think. Stop thinking and start doing.
There’s only one way for you to find out. There’s only one way for you to get real answers.
Get off your butt and START!
Will doing 500 push-ups a day build muscle, burn fat and get you superhuman strong?
Only one way to find out, homeboy. Get down on the floor and bang out 500 push-ups after EVERY workout for the next 2 weeks and you’ll know.
Is this challenge science-based? Are there studies showing this will have positive results?
And you should know better than to ask questions like that. Haven’t you learned anything yet?
Regardless of what the physiological effects are, one thing I can GUARANTEE this challenge will do for you.

So I got down on the floor and banged out 500 reps of push-ups after my full-blown shoulder workout (watch the video).
And do you know what happened immediately after I got done with my last rep?
I felt incredible. I felt like I had accomplished something big.
I didn’t feel fatigued or sore, I felt intoxicated for the rest of the night. I felt like nothing in this world can stop me.
And for a moment, I wished that I could transfer that feeling to you. I wanted you to understand.
I wanted you to know what it’s like.
But you’ll have to walk through the fire yourself. You have to pay your dues.
Nobody can step up for you.
