The other day I posted a video of one of my team members training at the park with me..
And looking straight CHISELED.
In the video, I mentioned how he doesn’t diet, doesn’t restrict calories or macros.
And in fact, eats whatever he wants (which in his case, amounts to well over 4000 calories a day)
While staying ripped to the bone.
Yup.
He’s that guy. (I call him Clark Kent for a reason)
But here you are..
Eating like a bird and working your butt off in the gym.
One day you’re keto, then you’re doing carnivore (lol), you’re intermittent fasting..
Putting your meals together with surgical precision and making sure you’re not going over your calories.
And all that for what? A belly and a broken relationship with food.
After all the diets and chronic restrictions, your metabolism won’t budge.
You’ve dug yourself into a hole you can’t see yourself out of no matter how hard you work.
Stop what you’re doing and start making some REAL PROGRESS. Here’s how:
Eat less. Much less.
Fast more. Much more.
BUT.. only briefly.
2-3 weeks MAX before you start eating more again. A lot more.
In fact, this is where you will eat liberally – to your heart’s content.
No, not the processed garbage masquerading as food in your supermarket.
Real food – Protein, fruit, starches and veggies. And a pizza here and there.
No restriction on the amounts. Eat to complete satisfaction.
Do this for a couple weeks before introducing another radical Fat-Loss phase. Cycle in these controlled famines until you’re RIPPED.
And what you’ll notice, apart from the fat melting off your body faster than ever, is
You don’t feel like you’re dieting.
In fact, you’ll feel great following this cycle.
You’ll have more energy, top-tier physical and cognitive performance.
And for the first time in your life, you will actually enjoy the process instead of dreading every minute.
This isn’t magic, brother. You’re simply following the rules of nature.
The human body never adapted to long periods of dieting and chronic food restriction. It is, however, very well equipped to endure acute bouts of starvation.
