You are wasting time.
Cutting calories and trying to get lean the old fashioned way.
It doesn’t work.
I never saw noteworthy results eating the same macros and calories every day.
Does nothing for me—except kill my performance, drain the joy out of food, and leave me looking like an overcooked noodle.
I will never go back to a low-calorie diet.
Life’s too short.
If I need to tighten up and drop fat, there’s only one option:
I’ll starve myself.
I look back on January this year—My best month in recent memory.
I felt unstoppable. Looked the part. Trained like a monster. Performed like a World Beater.
How?
Alternate day fasting. I only ate every 45-48 hours to be precise.
Simple. Brutal. Shockingly effective.
Relax.
You don’t have to go to those lengths to see results.
Even two 48-hour fasts a week are enough to incinerate fat, clear brain fog, and have you walking around like you own the place.
That’s 2 days a week of zero food. Nothing but water, salt and grit.
Rest of the week? Eat like a king.
This cycle—starve, then feast—has produced the best results of my life.
Not even close.
The highest highs I’ve experienced (not just talking about fitness here) was cycling famine and feast, controlled starvation and full compensation.
Want to get (and actually stay) lean?
Stop being afraid of food.
Eating your perfect little macro-controlled meals doesn’t hold a candle.
Slam a pizza already. Dessert too.
And then.. Go hungry.

Let your body dig into its fat stores for fuel. Let your mind grow stronger in the process.
Mental Warfare
This is mental warfare.
Not eating for a day or two is very easy on the body.
Very challenging for the mind, however, if you don’t prepare it.
Who’s in charge? You or your belly?
And once you’re chiseled like the desert rocks, you can eat without restrictions.
Foods you love. In amounts that leave people speechless.
Total freedom, aka the good life.
The question is..
How much longer will you put this off?
